How long will it take to receive my order?

We process orders within 1-3 business days. Shipping time through USPS and UPS is generally about 3-5 days for domestic orders. Please be mindful of delays due to COVID-19 and the weather. 

What is the return/exchange policy?
We do accept exchanges or returns for store credit only! Please review our Return/Exchange Policy page for more information!

My package was lost/stolen. What do I do? 
Unfortunately, we are unable to send out new merchandise or provide any refunds. A tracking number is provided to you by e-mail once we've done our part by processing/sending out your order.  Once the order leaves our facility, the liability is between you and USPS/UPS. To inquire about your package, please contact USPS/UPS to track your item.

For future reference, please be very careful when entering your shipping address into our system. Our team tries to work quickly to get your order out. Therefore, if you e-mail us with an adjustment, we might not be able to change the address in time!

Do you ship world-wide?
At the moment, we do not provide world-wide shipping. We will be providing world-wide shipping in the near future though, so please stay tuned!
